01Application and fitment

Use each product only for an application for which it is suitable. Refer to the relevant product page and linked technical information for fitment, configuration, inclusions, preparation, relevant tuning requirements and warnings. Read these together with any agreed order-specific information, supplied specifications and advice. A platform or engine-family reference does not establish compatibility with every modified build.

Before purchase, confirm the relevant model, engine or transmission code, dimensions, modifications and supporting components. Tell us if you need advice for a particular purpose. We remain responsible for the accuracy of our descriptions and advice and for applicable consumer guarantees.

02Professional installation

Products must be installed by an appropriately qualified and experienced professional mechanic or engine builder. The installer must inspect the goods before installation, confirm compatibility and condition, use the correct specifications and tools, and follow applicable product specifications, any supplied product-specific instructions and accepted industry practice.

Machining, balancing, clearances, torque procedures, fasteners, lubrication, supporting components and other preparation depend on the particular part and build. Do not infer a technical value from another product or a generic illustration. If essential information is missing or unclear, contact us before installing or operating the product. Our responsibility to provide adequate product information is not transferred to the installer.

03Tuning commissioning and maintenance

Some products and configurations require tuning, calibration or changes to supporting systems. The installer must assess these requirements and arrange necessary work by an appropriately qualified and experienced tuner before use.

Follow relevant commissioning, inspection and maintenance requirements. Check for abnormal noise, temperature, pressure, leaks, vibration or other indications of a problem. Stop use where continuing could cause damage or risk injury and seek appropriate assessment.

04On road racing and off road use

Our products are not all limited to racing or off-road use. A product may be used on road, in racing or off road where suitable for its advertised application and compliant with the requirements for that use.

Vehicle modifications may require inspection, engineering certification or other approval and may affect emissions, noise, registration or insurance requirements. Professional installation alone does not make a modification road legal. Check the requirements for the vehicle and place of use before proceeding. A specific certification claim applies only to the stated product, configuration and conditions.

Motorsport rules differ between categories, organisers and venues. Check the relevant rules; sale of a product is not a universal declaration of eligibility or approval. This notice does not remove our responsibility for a specific representation we make.

05Performance claims and durability

Power, boost, RPM and other test figures relate to their stated configuration, measurement method and test conditions. Actual results depend on the complete build and its operation. A tested capability is not a guarantee of the same performance or unlimited durability in every combination.

Competition and sustained high-output operation can increase loading and wear. Expected wear and service life must still be assessed against the product's advertised application, disclosed limits, advice and reasonable expectations. Breakage or fatigue is not automatically excluded from assessment because a product was used in motorsport.

06Faults and warranty

Contact orders@fusioned.com.au if you suspect a fault. Keep relevant evidence and failed components where practical. We assess the cause of the problem, including the contribution of the product, instructions, installation, tuning, maintenance and operating conditions.

Our Warranty and Consumer Guarantees Policy explains coverage and claims. This notice is not a waiver of consumer rights, a blanket motorsport exclusion or a release from liability for defects, inaccurate descriptions or inadequate instructions.
